Want to feel more confident helping someone facing a mental health or substance‑use crisis? Join us for Mental Health First Aid, a full‑day, evidence‑based training that teaches you how to recognize warning signs, offer support, and connect someone with the help they need.

 Date: April 18, 2026

 Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 Location: First United Methodist Church, 301 S National, Fort Scott

 What You’ll Learn:

• Risk factors & warning signs

• How to help in crisis and non‑crisis situations

• Practical, real‑world strategies

• How to connect people to professional support

Just like CPR helps you respond to medical emergencies, Mental Health First Aid prepares you to respond to mental health emergencies.
